The following text describes the conditions of use of the services provided under the fedi.gal domain and subdomains (hereinafter, Fedigal).

By accessing and using these services, you agree to comply with these terms of use and the privacy policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use Fedigal.

1. Account registration and security

   To use Fedigal, you must create an account and provide us with true, accurate and up-to-date information about yourself. You must protect your account password and not share it with anyone. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, you must notify us immediately.

2. Content published in Fedigal

   It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the necessary rights or permissions to post any content on Fedigal. By posting content on this platform, you grant Fedigal a non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable and royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, communicate and distribute such content through any means and in anywhere in the world.

3. Proper use of Fedigal

   The following type of content is not allowed on Fedigal:

   1. illegal content in Galicia, Spain or the European Union
   2. unauthorized personal information or defamatory, harassing or inappropriate content
   3. discriminatory content for reasons such as sex, ethnicity, religion, nationality, caste, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity or similar
   4. violent content or that incites violence or promotes violent ideologies
   5. sexually explicit, erotic or nude content must be labeled as sensitive content. If the service does not allow content to be labeled as sensitive, this type of content will not be allowed.
   6. spam or unsolicited, indiscriminate or abusive commercial content is not permitted. Moderate, non-intrusive commercial content is allowed. If commercial use is detected that is considered abusive, the account may be suspended.
   7. bots or automated content generation tools must be moderate and non-intrusive. If a bot is found to be intrusive or abusive, it may be suspended. It is recommended to check with [email protected] first before creating bot accounts.

   Any content or accounts that violate these terms of use will be suspended or terminated.

   The languages allowed for user-generated content are Galician, Spanish and English in order to be able to carry out the necessary moderation tasks.

4. Changes to these terms of use

   These services are offered on an experimental basis and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time, without prior notice and without liability to the user. We also reserve the right to modify these terms of use at any time and we recommend that you review them periodically. Your continued use of Fedigal after any changes will mean that you accept those changes.

5. Limitation of liability

   The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, as to the operation of the Services or the content, information, materials or products included therein. In no event shall we be liable for any damages of any kind arising out of the use of these services, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
